Telus Mobility Enhancer/Box The Kelus Mobility Enhancer (KME) is a telescopic ladder Kerbals can climb on during EVAs. It is the second-longest ladder of all stock parts.

Usage

When the KME is attached to a vessel, it starts out in compact in the closed position and extends from its protective case when activated via clicking on it. The extended ladder allows Kerbals to grab onto it at any point and move vertically. Kerbals cannot collide with the part either when it is stowed or extended. The only interaction via a Kerbal has with it is by grabbing the rungs and moving vertically.

In the VAB and SPH, the ladder can be right-clicked and made to start extended or retracted, however, this does not always work. (0.24.2)

The Kelus Mobility Enhancer is a massless part.

Product description

The Kelus Mobility Enhancer comes equipped with advanced telescopic extension technology. Recommended load 0.5 kerbals. After discovering that their name was already in use, Kelus picked their current name with the flip of a coin.
