StrutCo manufactures struts. The Cubic Octagonal Strut is frequently used to enable radial attachment of parts which don't naturally allow it. Currently[outdated] all their struts are Size 0; similar Size 1 counterparts are the specialty of Maxo Construction Toys which they call “girders”. However, both StrutCo's and Maxo's parts might better be described as trusses.

One of the largest manufacturers of structural components for any purpose, StrutCo is by all measures a very well-established company. The only thing they have never been able to get over is the fact that the legendary EAS-4 Strut Connector itself was actually invented by Kerlington Model Rockets.
