I put another orbiter up with an additional 60 thruster blocks (nearly doubling the mass of the orbiter), and did a 34 second burn, garnering the same ∆V (2250.8 m/s) as the first orbiter, and ~equal to the calculated ∆V (2251.6 m/s), '''assuming the thruster mass is zero'''. (With the nonzero 0.05t amount, the calculated ∆V of the 2nd orbiter is 1130.5 m/s.) It seems like a mistake to not note this on the page, or its part-template.
