The TR-38-D is the largest available decoupler in Kerbal Space Program. It is one of the few parts released in 0.23.5 for the extra large parts which are not manufactured by Kerbodyne. This part makes the usage of Kerbodyne KR-2L Advanced Engine possible in upper stages.
Currently[outdated], it has "PhysicsSignificance = 1", making it a zero drag and massless part.
