The C7 Brand Adapter - 2.5m to 1.25m is a part introduced in version 0.90.0 and unlike the other adapters available before, it contains the liquid fuel/oxidizer mixture. Although it is made by C7 Aerospace, it can be used in traditional rockets to replace the other adapters, which don't contain fuel. The similar C7 Brand Adapter Slanted - 2.5m to 1.25m cannot be used as the center part of a rocket because of its shape.

Product description

While the popular Rockomax Adapter has served its purpose fairly well over the years, C7 engineers thought they could do better. Improvements of this in-house product include an integrated fuel tank and a longer structural frame.
