A celestial body is any natural body in space like stars, planets, dwarf planets and moons. These are not to be confused with artificial bodies like satellites. The orbital maneuvers can be performed for any celestial body, as the only difference is the size and gravity of the body.

Currently the Kerbol System is the only place where celestial bodies can be visited. [outdated]
