The FL-T800 Fuel Tank is the only [[Liquid Fuel]] tank in the demo, and the only way to power the LV-series Liquid Fuel Engines. It provides thrust for a short duration that may be extended by stacking multiple fuel tanks on top of each other. Since 0.13 it can be attached to radial decouplers and the sides of other fuel tanks. Since 0.15, fuel will flow between radially attached tanks without fuel lines.

The FL-T800 Fuel Tank is a liquid fuel tank containing liquid fuel and oxidizer.

It is the largest tank in the 1.25m FL-T series, twice the size of the FL-T400 Fuel Tank. It contains the same amount of fuel as the smallest tank in the Rockomax X200 series, the Rockomax X200-8 Fuel Tank.

Usage

The FL-T800 Fuel Tank is a liquid fuel tank containing LF/O mix. This allows it to power liquid fuel rocket engines, like the LV-909 "Terrier" Liquid Fuel Engine. If there are multiple liquid fuel tanks connected to an engine, then they will all be drained equally to power it. [1] The FL-T800 can be placed both in-line and radially mounted.

When full, one tank can power a single LV-909 "Terrier" Liquid Fuel Engine for up to 225.6 seconds at full thrust, or a single LV-T30 "Reliant" Liquid Fuel Engine for up to 50.7 seconds at full thrust.

The FL-T800 fits well on main stages, providing a large amount of fuel.

Variants

As of version 1.5 this fuel tank has four textures that can be switched in the editor.
