A thrust vectoring jet engine with two modes. The first mode, Dry mode, is similar to that of the wheesley, with a bit more thrust. The second mode, Wet mode, uses the afterburner to produce thrust almost equal to the Whiplash Turboramjet. This can make it a good alternative for when you want something that can be controllable and doesn't need excessive heat shielding, but still need to be bale to go incredibly fast if neccesary, at the expense of increase fuel consumption.
