Please Squad, Please

I'm pretty sure every Squad employee has been at home for the last 11 days catching up on sleep, which is fine by me. VariousMetals (talk) 17:46, 12 May 2015 (UTC) Wait, scratch that. Apparently everyone at Squad has been on vacation in Mexico for the last week. They just got back 2 days ago. VariousMetals (talk) 19:48, 15 May 2015 (UTC)

Is there any chance to solve these problems this year? NWM (talk) 07:19, 21 July 2015 (UTC)

Temp Wiki?

What we could try to do is temporarily move the wiki information somewhere else like Reddit and update it there until Squad fixes the real wiki's problem. It would take a while and would suck so its just an idea. I mean, where could we move it? All the languages as well! But if something like this starts, I'll be happy to help with the English wiki and maybe a little bit with the Italian. But like I said, its a bad idea but its the only one I've got. Any other ideas? — Preceding unsigned comment added by IRSpaceKittyz (talkcontribs) 15:11, 23 July 2015‎

Firstly, that would be a huge amount of work. Secondly, it is not possible due to copyright. The KSP wiki is not published under an open license, so none of the content may be used elsewhere unless explicitly licensed by every significant contributor to an article. The templates which I have imported from Wikipedia, under the CC BY-SA license, are pretty much the only content on the wiki which can be freely used elsewhere (other than limited "fair use"). CC BY-SA applies only to the individual pages imported under that license. All other content remains copyright the contributors, with all rights reserved, and is only licensed to be published here, unless explicitly stated to be available under some license. --Murph (talk) 19:59, 26 July 2015 (UTC)
