A Kerbol eclipse happens when the star Kerbol comes inline with the Mun effectively hiding Kerbol from Kerbals watching it.

Kerbol eclipses on other planets

It is theoretically possible to oobserve a Kerbol eclipse on other planets provided they have a moon or the planet itself is a moon a and its parent body is covering Kerbol.

Kerbol eclipses on Duna

Kerbol eclipses are the most common on Duna since its moon Ike is in a near synchronous orbit letting Kerbals observe a Kerbol eclipse every day.
