The LY-01 Fixed Landing Gear is, as the name suggests, a simple fixed landing gear part. It was introduced in version 1.0.

Unlike the LY-10 Small Landing Gear, LY-35 Medium Landing Gear, and LY-60 Large Landing Gear parts, the LY-01 resembles the real-life main gear found on several single-engine propeller-driven aircraft, e.g., a Cessna 172. Because of this, it seems rather unusual when used in combination with many of the stock parts and isn't the best when aesthetics are the overall goal.

The practical load limit for a single LY-01 wheel is about 2.5 tonnes on Kerbin.
