The Mk3 Cockpit is a space shuttle-style Command Module for a crew of three Kerbals. It is designed to have Mk3-sized parts attached to its back. It has the highest impact tolerance of any crew module in the game.

Usage

The Mk3 cockpit is generally found at the front of the spacecraft. In front, it has a small radial size attachment point, where RCS tanks, SAS modules and/or a nose cone are commonly attached. Its back has a Mk3 shape and size, making it useful for Mk3 Fuselages to be attached. Its IVA view offers no instruments or windows, rendering this cockpit useless for IVA flights.

Product description

The Mk 3 Cockpit is the pinnacle of airframe cockpit technology. In the rare event of a Kerbal-penetrating anomaly, this cockpit will ensure your Kerbals are interred according to health and sanitation guidelines.
