Monopropellant is a resource that is used by RCS thrusters. It is stored in separate tanks from liquid fuel or oxidizer, and may be transferred around a vessel. Stored monopropellant is available to every thruster on a vessel and will be consumed from all tanks at an equal rate.

Currently the EVA packs don't require monopropellant, but developer HarvesteR posted that in 0.23[outdated] it will then use monopropellant.[1]
