The RC-L01 Remote Guidance Unit is a command module built for unmanned Rockomax/Size 2 rockets.

Usage

Designed to be placed anywhere in a large-diameter stack, the RC-L01 Remote Guidance Unit provides full command module functionality.

It consumes almost twice as much electricity as most other probe cores but provides three times as much torque and, like its old sibling the RC-001S Remote Guidance Unit, stores three times as much electric charge. RGUs remain operational about four minutes longer than any other probe core[outdated] without another power source.

Weighing a half ton, it is the heaviest probe core, but it is still lighter than the lightest manned command pod.

Product description

A larger version of the popular RGU system, developed in partnership with the Rockomax Conglomerate.
