The FL-T16 Fuel Tank is a [[Liquid Fuel]] tank available only in the paid version. Like the [[Rockomax X200-32 Fuel Tank|FL-T32]], it can power the LV-series Liquid Fuel Engines. It provides thrust for a short duration that may be extended by stacking multiple fuel tanks on top of each other. It can be attached to radial decouplers and the sides of other fuel tanks.

{{Quote|The T16 tank had some difficulty being accepted in the spacecraft engineering world, because most rocket builders had trouble overcoming their urges to squee at the "cute little fuel tank". This initial reaction was only put aside when the amount of fiery explosions in assembly areas became so high, strict guidelines were put in place to prohibit "teasing the fuel containers". The T16 Tank now is widely used in several space programs, especially in conjunction with the LV-909 engine.|Jebediah Kerman's Junkyard and Spaceship Parts Co.}}

The Rockomax X200-8 Fuel Tank (previously known as the FL-T16 Fuel Tank) is a liquid fuel tank containing liquid fuel and oxidizer.

It is twice the size of the Rockomax X200-8 Fuel Tank, and half the size of the Rockomax X200-32 Fuel Tank.

Product description

After many, many studies, Rockomax engineers found that the space program does indeed have a use for a tank half the size of the X200-32. No refunds.

Usage

The Rockomax X200-16 Fuel Tank is a liquid fuel tank containing LF/O mix. This allows it to power liquid fuel rocket engines, like the RE-L10 "Poodle" Liquid Fuel Engine. If there are multiple liquid fuel tanks connected to an engine, then they will all be drained equally to power it. [1] The X200-16 can be placed both in-line and radially mounted.

When full, one tank can power a single LV-909 "Terrier" Liquid Fuel Engine for up to 451.1 seconds at full thrust, or a single RE-L10 "Poodle" Liquid Fuel Engine for up to 109.8 seconds at full thrust.

Variants

As of version 1.10 this tank has three textures that can be switched in the editor.
