The Space Plane Hangar (abbr. SPH) is a building of the Kerbal Space Center which allows players to construct air- and spacecraft in a horizontal environment and proceed to launch them from a conventional runway. It allows to place parts either alone or with bilateral symmetry as opposed to the VAB's radial symmetry.

It is set to be remodeled, both internally and externally, in the upcoming 0.21.x update.
