The Stratolauncher is a large drone carrying a medium weight satelite launcher. It is based off of the Scaled Composites Model 351.

Description

A Large drone plane designed to carry a rocket to an altitude of 10km and launch it from there. The drone can then theoretically return to the runway to be reused, provided avionics work.

The Stratolauncher's carrier aircraft, like its real-world inspiration, is powered by six J-33 "Wheesley" Basic Jet Engines. Control is provided by a Stayputnik Mk. 1, with SAS capability provided by a CH-J3 Fly-By-Wire Avionics Hub.
