(General: deleted "Use map view at low altitudes to avoid looking at terrain". I tested this and game runs just as slow if I point the camera towards the ground and go to map view. When I point the camera at the sky and go to map , better framerates.)

This is the absolute minimum to get a playable (if slow) game with smallish rockets, however. A faster system will greatly enhance one's experience.
