== Uses ==

Using the TR-XL, a player can separate two stages of a rocket, like all other stack separators. The separator should be placed between stages that you wish to separate. Activating the separator will not only serve as a decoupler to separate one stage, but will separate both stages from the part, preventing a decoupler from staying on one of the stages.

=== Decoupler Cannons ===

Alternatively "separator cannons" or "staging cannon," a decoupler cannon is another use for the TR-XL. Since decouplers and separators all have a "decoupler force," this force can be applied to launch something into the air. The more the explosive force and the less payload mass in this "decoupler rocket," the more altitude or speed will be gained from the separation.[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idq3sBiVs6M] An example of this can be found [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idq3sBiVs6M here.]
