:Oh one note on the ''Tutorial'' namespace: This is (currently) only cosmetic. The wiki doesn't detect that those are in a special namespace. For example on [[Special:RecentChanges]] you can select the namespace and Tutorial is not in that list. It “currently” because in theory this can be changed, also I don't see the necessity to do so. Tutorial

With the tutorial removed, we probably need to create a tutorial in our tutorial category. We probably need to make a wiki-wide standard for how to attach a tutorial to a description page. Good addresses would be PageName_(Tutorial), PageName/Tutorial, Tutorial:Pagename Tutorials/PageName. The colon method has it's advantage of creating a NameSpace. The slash methods have other automated organizational advantages as well. The Parenthesise method may be preferable just because it is used by Wikipedia and other Wikimedia Foundation sites for handling various pages with the same name. Speaking of this I should be getting some free time coming up to start getting together the page framework so we can declare a standards of quality and thus create pages to discuss these things --Ruedii (talk) 12:24, 11 November 2013 (CST)

I would say Tutorial:Building an escape tower or something like that and then link from here in the See also section. I'm not sure in which article, but somewhere it was similar. This would allow a separate tutorial and if somebody doesn't know how to make/use action groups the reader can simply follow the link. — xZise [talk] 14:43, 11 November 2013 (CST)
Okay I found it: Aeris 4A had a (far larger) tutorial which was then extracted into an own tutorial. I removed it here and didn't extracted it, because both tutorials linked simply explained that. I'm also working on Tutorial:Action group (does somebody has a better name). — xZise [talk] 15:13, 15 November 2013 (CST)
Oh one note on the Tutorial namespace: This is (currently) only cosmetic. The wiki doesn't detect that those are in a special namespace. For example on Special:RecentChanges you can select the namespace and Tutorial is not in that list. It “currently” because in theory this can be changed, also I don't see the necessity to do so. Not sure if a full length tutorial is required here, but a quick 1, 2, 3 steps to use Action Groups is very important, and worth having in a section on this page (i tried at an earlier point :( ). Action Groups are one of the most complex (though useful) features that KSP users will likely encounter, and there is currently no authoritative reference to point users at. --Donfede (talk) 21:01, 9 April 2014 (CDT)
Comparing this page with Maneuver_node, the latter is much more complete, and does include a "small 3-step" tutorial on using maneuver nodes. It seems appropriate to have something similar with action groups; I've captured screenshots for a ~3 step, 'add an action group to extend a pair of solar panels'.
