:A) Why do you have two accounts?! And B) see the discussion above about what “hack gravity” actually does. An important fact would be if the mech started to sink at some point. In that case the “spring theory” would make sense. — xZise [talk] 11:56, 11 May 2015 (UTC)

I'm updating the page on the demo version, and was about to do some testing with the debug menu, but Alt-F12 didn't work. I'm not sure if it's a different key combination though. Has anyone else experienced this? -Mad Rocket Scientist, same as on the forums (talk) 00:26, 28 February 2016 (UTC)

Requests for additions

For anyone who would like to flush out this page, we need the following things:

 1. Pictures: Pretty pictures are always nice. When used properly can make things easier to understand, as well as giving the page a nice professional look.
 2. A quick guide on how to use Whack-A-Kerbal. This part REALLY can use pictures as well. This is one of the more fun features in Kerbal Space Program that many users haven't fiddled with. It is also a surefire way to test the durability of a rocket or space plane design.
 3. More cross-links. This is currently a dead end page, with few links to it. We need more articles to link to it, making it easier to find, and we need it to link to other articles where appropriate.

— Preceding unsigned comment added by Ruedii (talkcontribs) 1. Alright pics for the secret cheats 2.When I get the pics 3.We probally have to make new pages for that 4. Sign your topic --Kerbal Wars (talk) 11:26, 10 May 2015 (UTC)

Does hack gravity really remove all gravity?

When I activate hack gravity, it looks pretty low, but they are still falling down to Kerbin after quite a time. But that may be due to some weird orbital phenomena, like Kerbin is catching up with your gravity hacked object. — xZise [talk] 16:11, 29 July 2013 (CDT)

I have done some testing and it seems that every celestial body has its gravity reduced such that its surface gravity is equal to 9.81/100 m/s^2 (so 0.0981 m/s^2). I have based this on two measurements, around Kerbin and the Mün. And since both has the same surface gravity I assume that Squad normalized this for all celestial bodies (I am not 100% such if this is true, but at least for Kerbin and the Mün). --Fibonatic (talk) 18:12, 11 December 2013 (CST) i looked into this a couple weeks ago, and yes, it universally* changes the gravity to 1% that of Kerbin's. (*for the half-dozen or so bodies i've tested. i haven't tried any of those that already have super-low gravity, like gilly.) --ant () 18:35, 12 December 2013 (CST)

Frame of Reference = Meaning Unknown?

Infinite fuel/RCS

It appears from one of Scott Manley's latest videos (the second from him about 0.24) that instead of creating “fuel” for the engines, that both options instead modify the engine that those don't check if fuel for them is available. — xZise [talk] 08:25, 15 July 2014 (CDT)

Added that note. Bob Kerman (talk) 02:01, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
To be honest wasn't it already there, that parts didn't require any resource. — xZise [talk] 11:56, 11 May 2015 (UTC)

Update Needed

This page requires an update for the contracts update, witch added a contracts tab, witch is used to modify, accept, cancel, complete, and decline contracts. — Preceding unsigned comment added by WolfGuy (talkcontribs) 19:29, 22 July 2014‎ (UTC)

The page also needs an update for 1.0. I have an updated screenshot to upload, after file uploading is fixed. Bob Kerman (talk) 01:55, 11 May 2015 (UTC)

Eve gravity

So I used hyper edit to get my kerbal mech suit on Eve,when it fell over,I hacked gravity then it sarted to go up as if gravity was upwards. Anyone got this result?--Kerbal Wars (talk) 11:20, 10 May 2015 (UTC)

I think your mech suit was just compressed by Eve's gravity. When you hacked gravity, the force stored by your mech suit compressing was released by it decompressing, sending it upward. Bob Kerman (talk) 01:52, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
