Let's talk EULA for a bit, shall we?

Electro Chango S.A. de C.V. grants you the right to install and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computer running a validly licensed copy of the operating system for which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT was designed [e.g., Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Mac OSX].

I believe that whoever wrote that WINE violated this line of the EULA was unaware of what WINE actually is.

Wine Is Not an Emulator (Look it up on their site, this is what WINE actually stands for). Running a program though with is still running it under GNU/Linux. WINE serves as a way of making Windows programs compatible with the admittedly batsh*t craziness that is Linux.

I would suggest editing the article to reflect this.
