Meaning of SMA

The abbreviation SMA usually stands for “semi-major axis” or demi-grand axe in French and has nothing with magnetic attraction to do. — xZise [talk] 08:55, 12 July 2013 (CDT)

About Stubfr and User:Mowaw/traductionfr

Hi, I merged your Stubfr template into Stub. Can you please check if the French text is still correct? Also I created Incomplete Translation and which should replace your . The French template needs to be checked too as your text was a little to specific. When you have any question about this feel free to ask me. — xZise [talk] 09:56, 12 July 2013 (CDT)

Deletion of Dwarf Planets/fr

Hi, I deleted your contribution, because it was in the wrong direction. The Project:Translation states:

[…]Always use the same base page name than in English (like Terminology/de instead of Glossar or Glossar/de)[…]

Project:Translation, subsection “Language Subpages”

Bop/fr

Rather than just complain about the translation quality on the Bop/fr page, you could go and fix it. --Ruedii (talk) 13:13, 22 July 2013 (CDT)

FYI, if you're talking about , there's nothing wrong with that. Using Stub is basically the same - it's a way to tell others that the article is not in a good state and that it has to be improved. Not everyone has the time or ability to fix things right away. --dgelessus (talk · contribs) 13:42, 22 July 2013 (CDT)

Removed advertisement of the Krag's Planet Factory mod

Hi, I removed your advertisement of the Krag's Planet Factory on 11 articles about planets or moons. I did that because it seems not appropriate to use the wiki as an advertisement platform for a mod. I have nothing against a mentioning on Addons or the separate article (although it is yet pretty small) but linking it on so many pages doesn't seem fair. — xZise [talk] 15:20, 29 December 2013 (CST)

Purpose of Localisation and LocalisationOn?

Hi, I'm curious what's the purpose of the templates Localisation and LocalisationOn. Also I've created a simplified variant on User:XZise/Min, which could replace Localisation. And a little note: if lang is the template you need if you want to create a link to translated page when used on a translated page. For example Kerbin would generate on English pages Kerbin and Kerbin on French. There is also if lang link if you want to integrate the link into it. So would link to Foo in English, Foo/fr in French and Foo/de in German but shows Foo in English (you could add |en=Blurb to show that), Bar on French pages and Snafu on German. — xZise [talk] 17:24, 31 July 2014 (CDT)

By the way this might be integrated into . — xZise [talk] 17:40, 31 July 2014 (CDT)

Hi, where did you get File:TinySpace.png from? — xZise [talk] 07:25, 3 August 2014 (CDT)

drag

I don't think if the drag needs marked unit.

 1. the aerodynamic system is not finished, and if it will something similar to FAR, the drag value will have no reason.
 2. It can be determined easily from the recent physics: F=m*drag*Q = m*drag*v2*ρ/2

so, the dimension of kerbalic "drag" as drag=F/(m*v2*ρ/2) the following: [drag] = [ kg*m/s2 / (kg * (m/s)2 * kg/m3)] = [m2/kg] !

and thaks for the "|link="-s! NWM (talk) 14:15, 26 October 2014 (CDT)

I agree with NWM: It's a coefficient but mark contains more than just units so it's fine there (although I don't really like that image as it's not really self explanatory). Now NWM has a unit for that but just because in the current system the crossectional area is determined by the mass. If you look in Atmosphere#Drag you see that 'd' must be dimensionless.

Generator module

Hi Mowaw, you added and I'm not sure what you want to do with that. I first though it was just for RTGs but the code looks like a general generator of any resource. I just wanted to know that it's not ready in the current state. The header you are using should be manually placed with . If a part is just a generator (e.g. the RTG) it does look strange and these headers are supposed to be used for parts with multiple functions (e.g. R.A.P.I.E.R. Engine). Also please provide a minimal documentation and maybe an example (with example values, don't need to be from actual parts) on the right. — xZise [talk] 14:36, 26 October 2014 (CDT)

Please don't use a template as signature

Hi Mowaw, could you please avoid using a template as signature? The reason why are given in Wikipedia:Signatures → Transclusion of templates (or other pages). — xZise [talk] 16:12, 25 December 2014 (CST)
