The Z-500 Rechargable Battery Bank is a part that stores 500 units of [[Electricity|electrical charge]] for a spacecraft. It stores 5 times as much energy as a [[Z-100 Rechargable Battery Bank|Z-100]], but has ten times as much mass, making it half as weight-effective. However it can be used as a structural element (unlike the other batteries), and the round shape and attachment nodes make it fit better into some rocket designs. It also makes a decent mid-sized rover base.

Z-500 Rechargable Battery Bank/Box

The Z-500 Rechargable Battery Bank is a part that stores 500 units of electrical charge for a spacecraft. It stores 5 times as much energy as a Z-100, but has ten times as much mass, making it half as weight-effective. However it can be used as a structural element (unlike the other batteries), and the round shape and attachment nodes make it fit better into some rocket designs. It also makes a decent mid-sized rover base.

Description

The Z-500 is a stackable battery bank, with five times the power capacity of the Z-100..
