The Z-4K Rechargeable Battery Bank is a battery that stores 4000 units of electrical charge for a spacecraft. It has a mass of 0.2, and thus is quite heavy.

Description

It can be used as a structural element (unlike the radial batteries), and the round shape and attachment nodes make it fit better into some rocket designs.

Since the Z-100 and the Z-400 battery packs are both massless and cause no drag, it is almost always preferable to use one of them instead of these round battery banks.

The Z-4K is the largest battery pack available from Zaltonic. While Zaltonic admits intense electrical discharges can be really cool, shorting the Z-4K's contacts should probably be avoided.
