The Kraken Handbook contains knowledge about the Krakens and their uses (Nerem will be so happy!), and you can help us by adding your knowledge about the Krakens to this page (summoning, new krakens, uses…).

In Danny2462's video, 'Distance Did This', he shows that controlling a vessel that is really far away, if the solar system is wobbly, going to Tracking Station, then controlling a vessel on Kerbin, you can cause a variety of effects including the planet's terrain breaking. In 1.12.3, this resulted in the planets overlapping before the game crashed for me.

If you quicksave on the top of any Kerbin's Mountains hill that reaches at least 5k in height, there's a chance that the Quicksave Kraken will be summoned. This can also happen when quicksaving on the top of any Kerbin's Shores hill that reaches at least 750m in height. I found this on accident.
