Merbel is a frozen moon orbiting Glumo that will be added to Kerbal Space Program 2. Looking at the trailer, Merbel appears to have has a high inclination orbit, however, this could change on release. It will be added in either the upcoming Interstellar Update or Exploration Update.
Appearance
Merbel shares a lot of similarities with Laythe. They are both moons of a gas giant, with liquid seas (possibly also water) and a blue atmosphere (possibly also oxygen rich).
Merbel's landforms are mostly covered with ice. Merbel also has oceans. It is still unknown what the oceans are made of, but possibilities include water, ammonia or nitrogen. The composition of Merbel's atmosphere is also unknown.
