The Great Hype of 1.0 or The Great Hype Train of 1.0 was a massive hype that was concluded by the release of Kerbal Space Program 1.0. The hype was immense, generating multiple pages per minute and also generating bad gateways (especially 502).

Aftermath

The results can be seen here. Short stories short, the hypetrain reached a velocity of 2.5 pages/min. at peak and ended at page 562, despite the 502 plaid.
