You mentioned about helping.  Well there is plenty you can do to help.  See the How to Help page.Since not every contributor uses English as their primary language, there is usually plenty of grammar cleanup to do.  Also, since the game is evolving with every update, we need people to keep pages up to date.  If you want something a little more creative, you could try helping on on the current project of flushing out the user tutorials and campaigns.Anyone can contribute regardless of age, although people under their country's age of majority (18 for most countries) should follow their appropriate country's rules about parental permission for agreeing to terms of a website for the submission of creative content.Some good advice is to simply not be afraid to add stuff.
