The second star system is the Third star system (Including Kerbol) in KSP2 The name has yet to be announced.

only information

The only information on the second star system is that it will be added to KSP2 right after Deb Deb, although not confirmed the possible planets orbiting this second star are lapat and ovin, and possibly rask-rusk though these are more likely in Deb Deb

Lapat is theorized to be apart of this system because it has multicellular "vegetation" on the surface, which could not have arisen in the very young Deb Deb system.

Possible connection to Axod

in this image there are no visible objects despite the object icons, meaning either they are really small or far away, seeing that not even the parent object is visible the SOI would not be big enough for it to hold on to things this far way, so axod could be the second star system, or one of the other objects in this image.
