This article is a stub. You can help KSP Wiki by expanding it.

The Launch Pad is a structure at the Kerbal Space Center meant to launch rockets created in the Vehicle Assembly Building.

A prominent feature of the Launch Pad used to be a launch tower. But because it served no purpose except for posing a hazard to very wide launch vehicles it was removed. To support the stability prior the start the TT18-A Launch Stability Enhancers could be used.
