StrutCo manufactures struts. The Cubic Octagonal Strut is frequently used to enable radial attachment of parts which don't naturally allow it. Currently[outdated] all their struts are Size 0; similar Size 1 counterparts are the specialty of Maxo Construction Toys which they call “girders”. However, both StrutCo's and Maxo's parts might better be described as trusses.
