Gravity

What is the actual value for Kerbin's gravity in gees? I have seen multiple values (both 1 and 1.00034160493135). Anerdw (talk)

The official value, if you get it directly from the game code, is 1.00034160493135 gees. --ArnePeirs (talk) 23:44, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
What's going on is that Kerbin's surface gravity (in m/s^2) is 9.81, but the standard for 1 gee in KSP is 9.8665 m/s^2. Hence Kerbin's surface gravity being slightly over 1 gee. UmbralRaptor (talk) 21:23, 16 January 2024 (UTC)
