:In general the new text was good. I'd avoid addressing the reader (aka using “you”) and not using “I” (because who is that?). I've also shortened it a bit and removed duplication. Each level unlocks “more” so obviously with level 2 you can still do Crew Reports.

I added this:

The R & D Center can be upgraded for cash.At the beginning of career mode (I will call this lvl. 1) it allows unlocking science nodes that cost up to 100 science. It also allows you to do EVA-Reports & Crew Reports

At lvl. 2 it allows unlocking science nodes that cost up to (insert number here). It also allows you to do EVA-Reports, Crew Reports & Surface Samples.

At lvl. 3 it allows unlocking all science nodes (provided you have the science). It also allows for all the previous EVA and IVA activities.

I'm quite new to the game but understand the mechanics, correct anything that is wrong and please insert a number at (insert number here). I thought that this had to be added, to keep the page "up to date" with 0.90 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Iceblade (talkcontribs) 08:34, 16 March 2015‎ (UTC)

In general the new text was good. I'd avoid addressing the reader (aka using “you”) and not using “I” (because who is that?). I've also shortened it a bit and removed duplication. Each level unlocks “more” so obviously with level 2 you can still do Crew Reports.
