Periapsis height?

Is the periapsis for this still zero? Such that the de-orbit burn would start 90 degrees ahead at 150 km altitude, and the periapsis before atmospheric entry would be 90 degrees behind and be at zero km altitude? Gordonf (talk) 17:59, 1 February 2016 (UTC)
