Astonauts explore the astral regions and cosmonauts the cosmos, so wouldn't a kerbonaut logically be an explorer of Kerbin? (Or maybe Kerbol!) I just thought I'd raise the issue. :D Of course, this raises the question of what in any universe is an argonaut, because the 'naut' in all these words comes from Jason and the Argonauts. It's a sailor of the Argo, a ship built by a chap named Argus. Sailor of the Kerbo...l system? I guess that works. [[User:Eekee|Eekee]] ([[User talk:Eekee|talk]]) 22:10, 25 April 2021 (UTC)

Kerbonaut vs. astronaut

Is the name of the job kerbonaut or astronaut? I personally would say astronaut and only say kerbonaut as an alternative. There is only the astronaut complex which mentions their job name. Maybe there are other official references (part/craft descriptions) I don't know of. But if nobody objects this should be moved to astronaut (Kerbonaut could still redirect). — xZise [talk] 19:03, 3 August 2013 (CDT)

I think you're right, but Astronaut redirects here which is good enough for a game, IMO.Eekee (talk) 22:10, 25 April 2021 (UTC)

Kerbonaut?

Astonauts explore the astral regions and cosmonauts the cosmos, so wouldn't a kerbonaut logically be an explorer of Kerbin? (Or maybe Kerbol!) I just thought I'd raise the issue. :D Of course, this raises the question of what in any universe is an argonaut, because the 'naut' in all these words comes from Jason and the Argonauts. It's a sailor of the Argo, a ship built by a chap named Argus. Sailor of the Kerbo...l system? I guess that works. Eekee (talk) 22:10, 25 April 2021 (UTC)

More names?

There were some not randomly named Kerbals in Scenarios. Should we add them to Known Kerbals name lsit?
