Landing leg
From Kerbal Space Program Wiki
The landing leg is a deployable leg to dumping the vertical impulse of the landing without any damage. Of course at too great landing speed or weigh can damage these parts. They can be repaired by kerbonauts on EVA.
Landing legs have those tweakables:
- Start Retracted/Deployed
- Lock/Unlock Suspension (during missions too)
