Adding an animation

Hi, is it possible to add an animation of a craft performing a gravity assist? At the moment there aren't any pictures so this might be one possibility. (Although I'm not sure if this wiki supports animated gifs) — xZise [talk] 05:31, 13 August 2013 (CDT)

.gifs are supported by default I believe, however it's not easy to make a good one. The animation shouldn't be too long, as you don't have playback controls (play/pause, fwd/rwd). A clean abstract animation would be best, but I have no idea how to create such .gifs. --dgelessus (talk · contribs) 05:51, 13 August 2013 (CDT)

Craft will tilt?

I never experienced that the craft automatically tilted while performing a gravity turn. Isn't it instead only the prograde vector? I have to admit that I usually start with SAS activated so it might be that the SAS can overcome the tilting force, but I'm not sure where this tilting force should come from. I'll test launching without SAS later today, maybe it's completely wrong what I'm saying here. — xZise [talk] 04:31, 18 November 2013 (CST)

Revert change after images work again

The change in http://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?title=Gravity_turn&diff=next&oldid=63112 should be reverted when images work again. Maybe also http://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?title=Gravity_turn&diff=63112&oldid=62727 . — xZise [talk] 17:10, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
