The Inland Kerbal Space Center (sometimes called KSC 2[1]) is a second spaceport on Kerbin, located north-west of the main space center (approx bearing 300°, distance 715km). It is generally considered an easter egg. It is not possible to build and launch rockets from this space center. As it doesn't have a runway it isn't possible to launch space planes there either, although the land is flat enough to land on.
It is located in a flat valley at the south-east end of a large mountain range, within a depression shaped like "H" or "K". The best way to reach the Inland Space Center is to fly there by plane.
