The Aerodynamic Nose Cone is a cap that fits to the front of an aircraft or rocket.

Usage

This nosecone has a lower drag coefficient than most parts, potentially making rockets more stable. With KSP's new drag model, nosecones improve the drag of a rocket stack. For example, launching a lone RT-10 rocket booster with and without a nose cone results in a respective max altitude of 10500 m and 8100 m, demonstrating a significant improvement with the nose cone.

Product description

Aerodynamic, lightweight and mostly non-explosive. As a reminder to all personnel operating nearby, this part is really sharp and it'd probably hurt if you fell on it.
