The mission control is a symmetrical and rectangular structure located between the Vehicle Assembly Building and the Tracking Station. It cannot be selected from the Space Center screen, and the exterior gives no clues on its actual purpose. Though the windows light up at night, same as all the other structures, it currently does not have a function. There is no way to access the interior. The stairs on either sides can be climbed, but nevertheless lead to dead ends.
It is possible to get the official name of this building, by crashing an object into it. The name is then listed in the log.
