The radius of the geosynchronous orbit of Gilly is greater then its orbit of Eve. Therefore geosynchronous orbit of Gilly is not possible.

Gilly is a tiny asteroid and the only natural satellite of Eve. Its surface is buggy and dangerous to land on, most likely due to the Kraken (or a bad collision mesh). Kerbonauts land at their own risk.

Synchronous orbit around Gilly is not possible, since the orbit's altitude would exceed Gilly's sphere of influence.
