The Shock Cone Intake is an air intake for jet engines. Unlike other air intakes it does not lose intake efficiency with increasing mach speed making it uniquely well suited for high-supersonic jet engines. It also has a large intake area which allows it to provide sufficient air for approximately 4 R.A.P.I.E.R engines. These advantages come at the cost of being the heaviest and most expensive air intake.
