The Advanced Nose Cone - Type A is a nose cone that fits to the front of an aircraft or rocket to reduce drag. It has 2.5× the mass but 55% the drag of the Aerodynamic Nose Cone (as of KSP version 1.2.2). Its shape means it is often found at the top of rocket stacks to reduce drag. It can be put on top of boosters or other rockets to make them more aerodynamic and fuel-efficient.
