The Starshot-8 is a firework launcher which can be used to launch up to 8 fireworks.

It is a smaller version of the Starshot-32.

The primary use of the Starshot-8 is for entertainment. Its smaller size, mass and cost makes it better suited than the Starshot-32 as an additional 'extra' to add onto an ordinary vessel, rather than being used for a large firework show, for example.

Like the Starshot-32, the Starshot-8 can be used to propel a vessel through KAL-1000 overclocking. However, it is usually better to use the Starshot-32 for this purpose, as it is able to fire more fireworks than the Starshot-8, allowing the vessel to travel much further.

The Starshot-8 can also be used to create weapons through KAL-1000 overclocking. Although the Starshot-32 will provide more 'ammunition', it may be desirable to cluster many launchers together. In this case, the Starshot-8 may be a better choice due to its lower mass.

Product description

Jebediah Kerman eats danger for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at his day job as the KSC resident daredevil pilot. But what does he do when he wants to relax on the weekends? He fills firework canisters at his state of the art junkyard facility.

The Starshot-8 has enough fireworks for a quickshow - or you can set up an array of them to really rival the big bangs on the launchpad. Guaranteed to go off when you want them to or the next one is half off.
