Inline Advanced Stabilizer/Box

The Advanced Inline Stabilizer is a toggleable module that provides torque and SAS functionality, a sort of autopilot to stabilize and help keep a rocket on course. Since virtually every command pod in the game already provides SAS, the torque is what will interest most players. Extra torque means that the player's spaceship will rotate faster when ordered to, resulting in a more nimble feel to the craft. The Inline Advanced Stabilizer is the advanced model reaction wheel. It is more expensive, provides a medium amount of torque compared to the other reaction wheels, and has an average weight.

In career mode, having researched the Inline Reaction Wheel is required in order to allow researching the Inline Advanced Stabilizer.

Product description

The Advanced Inline Stabilizer module containing a larger, heavier array of reaction wheels. These spin very quickly to create torque without wasting propellant. These larger wheels are driven by proportionally larger electric motors, so keep an eye on your Electricity levels.
