The MK3 To MK2 Adapter provides fuel to liquid fuel engines attached beneath it. It also serves as an attachment point for wings, fins, and landing gear.
Usage
The MK3 To MK2 Adapter is a Liquid Fuel tank originally developed for the C7 Spaceplane pack, and has become a stock part since 0.15.0 and the introduction of the Spaceplane complex. (?)
Description
“ | This airframe fuselage features the latest in re-entry survivability. Apparently air gets very hot at high speeds (Who knew?!). To combat this, we attached only the finest in slightly used thermal tiles to the under belly. — ?? |
