The M-2x2 Structural Panel, is a panel used for construction which is like four M-1x1 Structural Panels in terms of appearance, size and mass. The M-2x2 Structural Panel has a high impact tolerance, and has a relatively low mass which makes it a handy part for almost every vessel. M-2x2 structural panel can be used as walkways for kerbals in space stations and on large rovers.
Because of the way aerodynamic drag works, the orientation of the panel to the air flow isn't important.
