The Extra Large Landing Gear is a set of very heavy duty retractable landing gear. It is similar to the LY-60 Large Landing Gear in respect to its mass, crash tolerance, thermal tolerance, power draw and suspension travel.
The brake torque of the Extra Large Landing Gear (32 kNm) is double that of the LY-60 Large Landing Gear and the Stress Tolerance (55000 units) is more than double that of it's predecessor.
Due to its high crash tolerance, large size, and sturdy suspension, it makes good landing gear for very large landers when standard legs will not do, as well as for planes.
