Usage
This nosecone has a lower drag coefficient than most parts, potentially making rockets more stable. However, with KSP's current drag model nosecones only add to a craft's mass and drag, essentially making them useless. But in 0.22 update, the nosecones seem like would improve in-atmosphere flight stability a little bit more (who knows?!). It still looks good, though.
